Addition to the Beyster Building on the Unversity's North Campus to serve as additional space for the computer science program and as a new home for the School of Information. Vic Village East
1209 S University
Student targeted apartment tower on South University. 166 beds across 34 apartments. 1760 sqft of retail on the ground floor. This proposal looks to have been withdrawn in early 2018. Two of the three buildings on the site were demoslished in late 2017 / early 2018. As of early 2018 the site is being used as storage for the Vic Village North project down the street. Formerly known as the Collegian East. A March 2019 MLive article noted that the new Vic Village South project had been bumped ahead of the east project.

Student targeted apartment building on South University with 57 apartments totaling 261 bedrooms. Consists mostly of three to six bedroom units. 4 retail spaces at the base. Formerly known as the Collegian North.

A student focused apartment tower on the south side of S University. Approved with site plan work starting soon as of late 2020. May be downsized from the original proposal somewhat?

A second parking structure on Wall Street for University of Michigan Medicine. 1080 spots replacing a 130 space lot.
White State Henry Apartments

Replace existing 28 unit affordable housing building with a new 32 unit one with an onsite community center. To consist of 23 one bedroom units and 9 two bedroom units for a total of 41 bedrooms. To be affordable for tenants up to 60% of area median income.
3900 Research Park Drive
Single floor headquarters for Zoller, a manufacturing supplier, on the far south side of Ann Arbor. Mix of commercial and light industrial uses.
